Job summary

PF Holdings seeks an on-site supervisor to oversee stimulation crews across job sites, coordinating logistics, safety, and customer communication. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to SOPs, and ensuring DOT regulations are followed.

You'll manage pre-job planning, dispatch checks, and post-job reviews, while training and guiding crew members to meet company standards and customer expectations in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years work related skill, knowledge, experience or vocational training preferred.
• Must pass the required SSIT progression training course.
• General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• General knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site supervision for all stimulation jobs.
• Acts as the company’s representative on site with customers.
• Coordinates and supervises transportation and material-moving equipment.
• Oversees crew activities from home base to job sites and return.
• Verifies dispatch, load information, fluids, chemicals, and equipment.
• Instructs crew on procedures, routes, convoy, and safety equipment.
• Ensures DOT regulations are observed by all drivers.
• Conducts safety meetings with crew before and during jobs.
• Reviews finished projects and oversees cleanup after service.
