Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to perform skilled repair and maintenance of vacuum technology at customer sites. You will report to the Site Manager, inspect and repair systems, and ensure safety and documentation standards are met.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, timely service, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime while upholding Edwards’ safety policies and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AS degree preferred; full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree.
• 1–3 years in a relevant technical field with customer facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Site Manager.
• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Act as on-site contact, provide service recommendations and address customer needs promptly.
