Edwards Vacuum LLC is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot Edwards products at customer sites. You will deliver frontline support, prioritize safety and quality, and foster strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in a technical field with customer interaction, a High School Diploma (AS preferred), and fluent English. Onsite work at Texas locations emphasizes practical problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or AS degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; ability to read technical drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot Edwards products at customer sites.
• Provide frontline technical support with safety and quality as priority.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, showing ownership for high-quality work and teamwork.
• Use processes and networks to resolve issues when answers are not readily known.
