Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AS degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in a technical field with customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Proven safety compliance and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot Edwards products onsite.
• Deliver frontline support with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Diagnose issues, use Edwards processes to resolve and communicate with customers.
• Record data and write reports using company software.
