Job summary

Edwards Vacuum LLC is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to repair, inspect, and optimize customer systems at their sites. You will work closely with the Site Manager to plan visits, ensure safety compliance, and document service activities.

You will diagnose issues, perform installations, and provide timely recommendations to improve uptime. Strong English communication, field experience, and the ability to read technical drawings are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; AS degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in relevant technical field; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
