Job summary

Edwards Vacuum LLC seeks an Onsite Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, ensuring safety, performance, and longevity for customer systems. You will visit sites, diagnose issues, and perform installations while documenting activities and maintaining high service standards.

Key qualifications include a High School Diploma (AS degree preferred) and 1–3 years in a technical field with customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AS degree preferred, military equivalent may substitute.
• 1–3 years in electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum with customer-facing experience preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad-hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
