Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in the United States is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for our vacuum technology solutions at the TSMC site. You will report to the Site Manager and perform installations, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.

You will document activities, ensure safety compliance, and act as the on-site customer contact, delivering practical service recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Prefer an AS degree (full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems to prevent downtime.
• Diagnose issues and perform installations with safety compliance.
• Document activities and share outcomes with customers, acting as on-site contact.
• Provide service recommendations and address customer needs promptly.
• Report into the Site Manager and support Edwards strategies.
