Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to deliver expert repair and preventive maintenance on our vacuum systems at customer sites in the United States. You will ensure performance, safety, and reliability while delivering exceptional service.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will plan and execute visits, diagnose issues, install equipment, document activities, and provide on-site recommendations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a relevant technical field (electronic, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, or vacuum)
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems during visits.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact and provide timely service recommendations to customers.
