Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to perform expert repair and service of our vacuum technology solutions at customer sites. You will inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems, install equipment, ensure safety protocols, and document all activities to maintain performance and uptime.

Strong customer focus and clear communication are essential. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in relevant technical fields and experience with customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AS degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum, ideally with customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems during planned and ad hoc visits.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, provide service recommendations and address customer needs promptly.
