Job summary

Edwards Vacuum LLC in the United States is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction at customer sites such as Intel.

You will report to the Site Manager, perform planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems, install equipment, document activities, and act as the on-site contact to deliver timely service recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• AS degree preferred; full military equivalent may substitute.
• 1–3 years of relevant technical experience in electronics, mechanics, gas, refrigeration, or vacuum.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
