You will report to the Site Manager, visit sites for inspections, installations, and trouble-shooting, and provide clear service recommendations while documenting activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc site visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
