Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions at customer sites, ensuring performance and uptime. You will inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems, perform installations, and document activities while upholding safety standards.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be the on-site contact, deliver service recommendations, support customer needs, and contribute to safety compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in visiting customer sites to repair and troubleshoot technical systems.
• Ability to perform installations and document activities.
• Customer-facing experience preferred and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and ad hoc site visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, provide service recommendations, and address customer needs.
