TEKsystems is seeking a Field Support Technician to provide onsite desktop support in a government-operated environment in Lexington, KY. You will be the primary IT resource for end users and collaborate with a field services team to sustain 200+ devices within a Windows-based setup.

Responsibilities include deploying workstations, addressing hardware/software issues, and documenting incidents. Occasional support of security cameras, servers, and switches may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in desktop support, help desk or field services.
• Experience troubleshooting devices in Windows environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with good time management.
• Willingness to learn and seek assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and field support for 200+ end-user devices.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, OS, printers.
• Resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues.
• Document incidents and solutions; deliver strong customer service.
• Deploy workstations and coordinate with team for coverage.
• Assist with security cameras, servers, and network switches as needed.
