Job summary

Associations International is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist/Help Desk Technician in Lexington, KY to join our Technical Services team. You will deliver frontline technical support to end users, manage hardware/software inventories, and assist with day-to-day technology administration.

You will work closely with the Senior System Administrator, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and guidance to users with varying technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in IT/help desk or related role.
• Experience with Windows/macOS, hardware maintenance, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Adobe products.
• Basic knowledge of servers, AD/Entra ID, and networking.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline desktop support for computer systems, software, hardware.
• Respond to requests via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Onboard/offboard employees; manage accounts and access.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with deployments and projects.
• Support Windows and macOS environments; install/repair peripherals.
• Assist with after-hours support as needed.
