MWH Constructors is seeking a Field Engineer in Austin, TX to support a multi-million-dollar wastewater treatment plant project. The engineer will provide technical field support to project management and supervision, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and per engineering standards.

Essential duties include layout, procurement support, submittal review, inspections, documentation, and coordination with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• 0-5 years in construction, design or field support.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specs and materials.
• Ability to manage interfaces and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Support project management and supervision in field operations.
• Assist with layout, procurement, submittals, scheduling and quantity takeoffs.
• Perform field inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Prepare documentation records and drawings to support construction work.
• Review contractor pay applications and progress reports.
• Assist with change orders and claim analysis.
