Job summary

Unisys Corporation in White Plains, NY is seeking a Field Engineer to provide onsite technical support for a base of large, complex clients. You will own on-site service activities and perform advanced maintenance across diverse products, ensuring timely and reliable service delivery.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus technical certification or an Associate Degree, and typically 2–4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Provides the full range of Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large / complex clients.
Takes complete ownership of onsite service activity.
Performs advanced-level maintenance on all products, including low-complexity installation activities.
Provides technical feedback to improve service delivery.
Uses advanced tools and knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
Identifies and resolves systemic issues within the team.
Supports teammates with technical assistance and expertise.
Contributes to client services metrics reporting and documentation.
Monitors issues and informs the team with improvement recommendations.
