Job summary

Enable Ministry Partners is seeking an onsite IT Systems Technician to assist church clients in Houston, TX with day-to-day technology issues. You will troubleshoot, resolve, and explain complex concepts in accessible terms while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for remote technical assistance, working with Windows OS, and leveraging tools like Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years IT support experience or a bachelor’s in a technical field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and user/group management.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for client tech issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Build client relationships with active listening and empathy.
• Collaborate with team to deliver effective IT support.
• Document resolutions and communicate concepts clearly to clients.
