Opensity Solutions in Cleveland, OH is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to provide mail, copy, reception and hospitality support at client offices. This client-facing role supports multiple sites in a defined geographic market and offers steady weekday hours.

The ideal candidate delivers courteous service, handles packages up to 75 lbs, and can move up to 40 lbs. Salary is up to $22 per hour, with potential annual bonus and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/move packages up to 75 lbs and walk/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide mail services: metering, sorting, distributing mail and packages.
• Perform copy services: printing, scanning, copying per instructions.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, direct to appropriate person (Reception).
• Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms and shared spaces (Hospitality).
• Supply and floor coordination: stocking, delivering paper and supplies; basic maintenance.
• Assist facilities with light tasks and communicate with client contacts on building/equipment concerns.
