Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks a FAST Service Specialist to provide on-site administrative support at client locations. The role covers mail, copy, receptionist duties, facilities and hospitality tasks across multiple sites within a defined geographic market.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to Akron, OH about 20 times per year.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Professionalism and tact in interactions.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle mail services: metering, sorting, distributing mail and packages.
• Perform copy, print, scan tasks per instructions.
• Greet visitors and route calls to the appropriate person.
• Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms and common areas.
• Store, stock and deliver general supplies; basic facilities maintenance.
