Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to join our client-facing team. You will provide a range of administrative support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities services at client sites within a defined market.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service experience, with the ability to multitask, maintain professionalism, and lift up to 40 lbs. Travel to Stamford, CT and Newark & Secaucus NJ may be needed with reimbursements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.

• Professionalism and tact in resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Mail services including metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Copy services including producing copy, print and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception duties including answering calls and greeting visitors.
• Hospitality services including coordination of conference rooms and kitchens; maintain inventory.
• Floor coordination including stocking supplies and delivery of paper.
• Facilities services including small moves and communications with client contacts.
