Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking a Facility Coordinator to provide essential operational and administrative support to the Regional Facility Manager, ensuring smooth daily facility operations and serving as the liaison between occupants, vendors, and the facilities team.

This role coordinates preventive maintenance, tracks work orders, and helps maintain safe, functional spaces that support organizational goals, with a focus on reliability, compliance, and excellent occupant

Qualifications

Experience coordinating facility operations and maintenance tasks.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests, inquiries, and issues from building occupants, responding promptly and professionally to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections with internal teams and external vendors to minimize disruption and maintain facility operations.
Monitor and manage work order systems, tracking requests from initiation through completion, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to service level agreements.
