Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Site Operations Manager (M1) in Chicago to lead facilities management for a global client account. On-site, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 25% travel to other client sites in Indiana; reporting to the Senior Site Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating hard and soft services vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, and driving continuous improvement in site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in third-party facilities management or outsourced site operations and vendor management.
• Proven track record in managing multiple vendor relationships in a site context.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and vendor performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating activities of hard and soft services vendors across client sites
• Conducting regular performance reviews and quality audits of vendor services
• Negotiating and overseeing vendor contracts, including SLAs and KPIs
• Ensuring seamless integration of vendor services with overall site operations
• Implementing vendor management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Resolving vendor-related issues and escalations to maintain smooth site operations
• Analyzing vendor performance data and preparing reports for client and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with procurement teams to identify and onboard new vendors as needed
• Ensuring vendor compliance with site-specific regulations, policies, and procedures
