Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and general maintenance.
• Manage relationships with property management, landlords, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
• Lead safety initiatives including fire drills, emergency preparedness, and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage space planning, moves/adds/changes, and workplace setup.
• Monitor facility budgets, service contracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure workplace sustainability and efficiency initiatives are followed.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for employees and visitors.
• Oversee reception, conference rooms, kitchens, common areas, and office presentation.
• Coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, and meetings.
• Assist with new hire onboarding from a workspace/logistics perspective.
