Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations for a portfolio of 12 office locations in Plantation, FL.
• Provide coaching and day-to-day leadership to Mobile Engineers.
• Oversee janitorial, landscaping, pest control, plumbing, and maintenance programs through vendor partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders; serve as the primary FM contact for facilities-related needs.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and work orders while ensuring service excellence across locations.
• Conduct facility inspections, maintain quality standards, and identify opportunities for cost-effective improvements.
• Support budgeting activities, vendor proposals, and project approvals while maintaining financial accountability.
