Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational efficiencies and upgrade opportunities.
