Talanto is seeking an IT Support Technician III in San Mateo, CA for onsite, high-touch support across macOS/Windows, Zoom, Google Workspace, and enterprise apps. You will own complex issues, support executives, and help ensure events run smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or equivalent technical role.
Experience providing high-touch technical support to executives or seniors.
Hands-on support for company events, meetings, and conference rooms.
Strong troubleshooting across macOS and Windows; familiarity with ChromeOS, Linux, iOS, Android.
Experience supporting Okta, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with endpoint management platforms like Jamf or Workspace ONE.
Knowledge of enterprise identity, networking, and device management concepts.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, identity, connectivity, and endpoint issues.
Provide discreet, high-touch technical support for executives and senior leaders.
Support internal events and high-visibility experiences with preparation and real-time troubleshooting.
Identify technical risks before events and coordinate readiness with teams.
Document runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and procedures for consistent resolution.
Collaborate with AV, Facilities, Security, Workplace, Engineering and other teams to deliver solutions.
