Job summary

SPS Global is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador in San Diego, CA to enhance onsite event experiences. You will coordinate with facilities, manage setups, and ensure high hospitality standards for clients and guests.

The role requires hands-on event support, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules. Responsibilities include risk awareness, crisis response participation, and delivering personalized guest services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in event support, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Technical/computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, digital ticketing, conference room scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other teams to ensure event execution.
• Assist with equipment and furniture arrangements per event specs.
• Identify and elevate potential security risks or privacy concerns.
• Participate in the Crisis Response Team to guide clients and guests in emergencies.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to attendees and manage guest needs.
