Job summary

SPS Global is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador in Irvine to enhance event experiences for clients and attendees. You will support onsite events, coordinate with multiple teams, and uphold hospitality standards to create memorable experiences.

In this role, you’ll manage setups, assist with logistics, and adapt quickly to changes while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of prior experience in event support, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Technical/computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, digital ticketing, conference room scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other teams to ensure event aspects are executed flawlessly.
• Support equipment and furniture arrangements per event specifications.
• Monitor event proceedings and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure setups are completed on time and meet client expectations.
• Handle last-minute adjustments to event plans, including layout or timing changes.
