The Senior Event Producer will serve as the primary client contact, ensuring project success, and leading a team on-site during events.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in producing live events, strong organizational skills, and a positive, problem-solving approach. You will work both remotely and on-site in Irvine, California, and must be available for travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing complex live events.
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions.

Responsibilities
