Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Events Manager for a purpose-led wellness brand in Irvine, CA to build its experiential marketing program in the U.S. You will set strategy for consumer events, performances, trade shows, and retail activations, owning every detail from concept to on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or communications.
• 7+ years in event management or experiential marketing with large-scale events.
• Strong PM skills, scheduling, logistics, ROI accountability; willing to travel 60–70%.

Responsibilities

• Define the event and experiential marketing strategy, roadmap, and calendar.
• Set KPIs, budgets, measure impact, and deliver post-event analysis.
• Own full lifecycle from concept to on-site execution.
• Design booth activations and large-scale event experiences.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and agencies; manage vendor contracts.
