Job summary

Fortrex is seeking an ERP Coordinator to ensure the Employee Retention Program runs smoothly on the plant floor. You will guide new hires through onboarding, supervise orientation training, and address ERP issues with leadership for timely resolution.

You will work closely with site leaders to implement training, monitor attendance, and provide feedback to reduce turnover, enhance retention, and improve the learning experience for new team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to train team members.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Employee Retention Program (ERP) and ensure onboarding steps are followed.
• Deliver and track ERP training sessions, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Monitor attendance, turnover and retention metrics and report to site leadership.
• Escalate ERP issues to ERP Manager and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Collaborate with ERP Manager on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support safe, effective onboarding experiences for new team members.
