Job summary

Fortrex, Inc. seeks an Employee Retention Program (ERP) Coordinator to keep the ERP system running smoothly, guide new hires through onboarding, and ensure timely orientation training.

You will address ERP issues, escalate to leadership as needed, and provide feedback to reduce turnover and improve attendance across North America plants. This on-site role supports a safety-focused, plant-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
