Job summary

Fortrex is seeking an ERP Coordinator to oversee the Employee Retention Program and onboarding for new team members on the plant floor. You will manage ERP issues, coordinate training sessions, and ensure timely orientation completion to improve retention and attendance.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to escalate issues to leadership when needed. This position is based at our Missouri plant.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to train team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle ERP issues and report to leadership when necessary, providing feedback to improve retention and attendance.
• Facilitate ERP trainings and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate the Employee Retention Program to ensure positive onboarding and orientation on time.
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new team members.
• Implement, monitor, and complete the orientation training program on schedule.
• Escalate ERP issues to leadership if the ERP is not functioning at the plant.
• Provide feedback to reduce turnover and increase retention and attendance.
• Lead ERP trainings with prepared resources and materials, including weekly meetings.
