Job summary

Fortrex is seeking an Employee Retention Program (ERP) Coordinator to manage onboarding and guide new team members through ERP onboarding and orientation training. You will ensure ERP issues are addressed promptly and coordinate training sessions across the plant.

In this role you will monitor attendance, turnover, and retention, escalate when needed, and work with the ERP Manager to implement best practices for a safer, more efficient workforce environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to train team members.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle ERP issues and report to leadership when necessary.
• Facilitate ERP training sessions and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate the Employee Retention Program and onboarding experience for new team members.
• Implement, monitor, and complete the orientation training program on time.
• Report ERP issues to leadership if not functioning properly at the plant.
• Provide feedback to reduce turnover and increase retention.
• Facilitate ERP trainings using prepared resources and materials.
• Review attendance, turnover and retention with Site Manager.
• Partner with ERP Manager for best practices.
