Job summary

Fortrex and Safe Foods in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an ERP Coordinator to keep our Employee Retention Program running smoothly, guide new hires through onboarding, and ensure orientation training is completed accurately and on time.

You will address ERP issues, coordinate trainings, review attendance with the Site Manager, and work on-site in a plant environment with PPE. Benefits include Basic Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, and an EAP.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to train team members.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle ERP issues and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Facilitate ERP trainings and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate the Employee Retention Program and onboarding.
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new team members.
• Report ERP issues to leadership and provide feedback to reduce turnover.
• Review attendance, turnover and retention with Site Manager.
• Partner with ERP Manager for best practices.
• Adhere to company policies and escalation procedures.
