Job summary

Fortrex is seeking an organized ERP Coordinator to manage the Employee Retention Program, guide new hires through onboarding, and ensure orientation training is completed accurately and on time. You will handle ERP issues, facilitate trainings, report to leadership, and collaborate with ERP Manager to improve retention while maintaining safety in a plant environment.

This role requires on-site presence in a food safety setting with exposure to production conditions and strict adherence to PPE

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP onboarding and ensure on-time orientation training completion.
• Handle ERP issues and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Deliver ERP trainings using prepared resources and materials.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences and track attendance and turnover.
• Collaborate with ERP Manager to implement best practices.
• Follow company policies and escalation processes; perform other duties as assigned.
