Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Project Manager II to lead design-build and EPC projects, oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction management, and supervise field operations on assigned projects. You will coordinate with customers and manage subcontractors and POs to ensure timely, safe execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in construction PM, strong knowledge of design-build processes, and experience with prime

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 8+ years in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC experience.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Experience with engineering, design, construction contracting, scheduling, bidding, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from inception to completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Direct engineering design and construction activities and manage the prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental stewardship while driving schedule and budget reporting.
• Coordinate with customers for communication, satisfaction, and field coordination.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, change management, and invoicing.
