Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) seeks a Project Manager II to lead design-build/EPc projects, directing engineering, procurement, and construction teams from inception through completion. You’ll oversee contracts, subcontracts, scheduling, and field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 8+ years in construction PM with DB/EPC experience in power delivery, strong leadership, and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years in Construction PM; DB/EPC exp in power delivery preferred
• Experience in design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects
• Knowledge of procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration

Responsibilities

• Manage DB/EPC teams from inception to completion including pursuit phase
• Direct engineering design and construction activities
• Oversee prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental stewardship goals
• Plan, execute, and report on project performance
• Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders
• Resolve disputes and ensure timely information flow
• Develop health and safety and QA/QC plans and audits
• Prepare schedules, budgets, and value engineering reviews
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor/subsupplier activities
• Monitor progress from conceptual design to construction
• Administer contract changes and Schedule of Values
• Oversee progress payments and monthly reporting
• Close-out projects and manage warranty periods
• Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to standards
