Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a Project Manager II to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects, overseeing engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams on multiple assignments.

The role requires directing field operations, managing prime contracts and subcontracts, and ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance while delivering on schedule and budget. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years' experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substations.
• Strong leadership, independence, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Direct engineering design and construction activities and coordinate with procurement/scheduling teams.
• Oversee prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with customers for effective communication and project alignment.
• Review subcontractor/submittal progress and invoices; manage changes to the prime contract.
• Mentor junior staff and adhere to company policies.
