Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) seeks a Project Manager I to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects from inception through closeout. You will supervise engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The role requires strong client communication and cross-team collaboration to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC project experience in power delivery preferred
• Experience with engineering, design, procurement, scheduling, and contract administration

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from inception to completion
• Coordinate engineering design, procurement, scheduling and construction activities
• Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental stewardship alignment with goals
• Plan, execute, and report on overall project performance
• Maintain client communication and coordination with project teams
• Oversee changes to the prime contract and value engineering reviews
• Develop schedules and manage progress reporting on a monthly basis
• Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to procedures
