Job summary

North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) seeks an Enterprise Desktop Administrator to support on-site in Minot and surrounding areas. You will handle incident coordination, documentation, and both remote and on-site hardware support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Responsibilities include provisioning devices for state agencies, managing lifecycle asset inventory, and identifying process improvements with business analysts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or closely related field, or a high school diploma with two years of current IT desktop support experience.
• Relocation within 30 days of offer must be confirmed.
• On-site work in Minot with possible support duties in surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate, resolve and document incidents/tasks/changes from customers and internal staff.
• Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, scanners, and peripherals.
• Provision devices for several state agencies.
• Manage asset inventory throughout device lifecycle and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide quality customer service in a high workload environment.
