Job summary

NFI Group is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to be the primary contact for staff in Crookston, MN, with occasional travel to the Pembina, ND plant. You will support desktop software, PC/laptop hardware, printers, network access, and mobile devices.

You will manage user accounts, document requests in the Helpdesk system, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation while assisting with asset and software license management. Strong problem-solving and customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Post secondary IT education or 3–5 years of related experience.
• CompTIA A+, ITIL or similar certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of PC/Peripheral repairs and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking cabling.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for software, hardware, OS, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support Crookston site with bi-weekly visits to the Pembina ND plant.
• Participate in Helpdesk queue and after-hours on-call rotation.
• Document and track requests in the Helpdesk system.
• Manage user accounts following standard procedures.
