North Memorial Health is seeking a Desktop Service Specialist to join the End User Technology team. You will provide advanced technical support to internal and external users and maintain desktop environments across multiple locations.

As an onsite IT ambassador, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhance the user experience while delivering high-quality IT service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years IT support experience required.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) or related work experience preferred.
• Mid-level experience with PC operating systems and Microsoft O365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to internal and external customers.
• Serve as onsite IT ambassador, connecting IT services to users.
• Maintain and manage desktop environments across North Memorial locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve user experience.
