Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management or related field from an accredited program; 7 years of applicable experience.
• Experience on construction sites or executing program management in aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, or water preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and work overtime on short notice.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multi-discipline projects from concept to completion, covering safety, quality, engineering, procurement, construction and project controls.
• Establish project teams, coordinate multiple disciplines, and optimize staff utilization.
• Manage all aspects of project communication and client relations.
