Job summary

Responsibilities include developing plans, managing bids, RFPs, risk reviews, and subcontractor oversight, ensuring compliance with policies, and mentoring project teams. Travel up to 50% is typical; full-time onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; 7 years relevant project management experience.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Multiple years of experience on construction project sites or executing program management in relevant industries preferred.
• Must be able to meet the company's driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure successful execution of projects.
• Adhere to safety programs, trainings, and policies and promote safety performance.
• Develop project plans, schedules, estimates, cost development, and critical objectives.
• Manage client relationships and interface with clients for proposals and project items.
• Lead risk reviews and coordinate with Legal for contracts and change orders.
• Oversee contracting: prime, CM, subcontracts, and change orders; manage procurement.
