Job summary

Burns & McDonnell in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support EPC Project Managers from pre-construction through completion. You will oversee day-to-day construction activities, safety, quality, schedule and cost control, and coordinate contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.

This role requires leadership in planning, risk reviews, client interfacing, and documentation turnover, with opportunities to mentor interns and construction coordinators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 7 years PM experience.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure safe, on-time execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and cost controls; manage risk.
• Establish client relationships and manage contract activities.
• Review reports and manage invoicing and funds as required.
