Qualifications

• Experience in End User Desktop Services (3-4 years).
• High level troubleshooting and remediation, multi-tasking.
• Resolve routine and non-routine desktop issues in a timely manner.
• Provide 1st/2nd level Help Desk support and escalation as needed.
• Proficiency with Windows 11/10/7 and Office 365.
• A+ certification and at least one Cisco or Microsoft cert.

Responsibilities

• Monitor queues and resolve desktop issues; coordinate with groups.
• Escalate issues appropriately and act as escalation point.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to group procedures.
• Update Remedy and knowledge base with solutions.
• Perform IMAC hardware deployment activities as needed.
• Provide desktop/LAN support and software installation.
