Job summary

CBTS is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on end-user support and assist with IT infrastructure maintenance in an onsite environment in Scottsdale, AZ. The role emphasizes strong customer service and the ability to troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in IT support, proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange, and comfortable communicating technical information to non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 1+ year IT support or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, and other IT systems
• Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and access permissions
• Support Office 365 administration and basic network operations
• Manage and track IT service tickets; prioritize, follow up, and elevate as needed
• Assist with IT asset management to maintain accurate inventory records
• Develop and maintain documentation including knowledge base articles, procedures, and user training materials
• Support mobile device management and video conferencing solutions
• Perform general system troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
• Collaborate with broader IT teams to support infrastructure and operational initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
