Wipro Limited in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks an experienced End User Desktop Services technician to provide 1st/2nd line Help Desk support, perform IMAC deployments, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years of desktop support experience, A+/Cisco or Microsoft certs, and proficiency with Windows 7/10/11 and Office 365. Flexibility with schedules and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in End User Desktop Services
• 1–3 years of experience supporting end users
• A+ certification and at least one Cisco or Microsoft certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Willingness to work flexible schedules
• Proficient in Windows 11/10/7 and Office 365

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve desktop issues; coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Provide 1st/2nd level Help Desk support
• Perform IMAC services (installs, moves, adds, changes)
• Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade software
• Update Remedy and knowledge bases
• Escalate to appropriate teams when needed
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Adhere to corporate policies and procedures
