Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide end-user support in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Tempe, AZ. You will resolve hardware and software issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and related tools while maintaining strong customer service and incident management in ServiceNow.

The role requires 3-5 years of corporate desktop support, Active Directory experience, and willingness to work any shift as needed. Local travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

3-5 years of Desktop Support in corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive.
Experience with Bomgar and remote support tools (RDP).
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, remote tools, and in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, BitLocker, and endpoint encryption.
